If your standard jewelry piece requires repair or replacement due to a covered defect, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that this lifetime warranty only includes our solid 925 sterling silver jewelry. It does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by improper care or misuse, or issues arising from modifications made to the piece by a third party.
Additionally, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to us for evaluation and repair, as well as for any shipping costs associated with returning the item to them after repair.
