My Order

I Want To Cancel My Order, Can I?

Yes, you can cancel you order at anytime before our team process it. Please cancel your order by clicking 'cancel' on your order confirmation email. Alternatively, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel it for you. 

Once your order has been sent out, your order cannot be changed or cancelled; please double check before placing your order.

I cannot find an order confirmation or my order number

Sometimes our emails are sent to your spam folder, please check there. You might have accidentally entered a typo in your email or used an invalid email. Please email us your Full name so we can find your order and re-send you your confirmation.

My Order Didn't Arrive & Its Been So Long

If the recipient adress is in the USA or Canada your order should arrive 4-7 business days after your order has been shipped out. If the recipient adress is in Europe your order should arrive 2-4 weeks after your order has been shipped out. For the Rest of the world your order can take up to 4-5 weeks to arrive. If your order hasnt arrived after the mentioned time frames, please contact us immediately. Your parcel may be lost in transit, severely delayed or returned to sender.

In light of the current COVID-19 situation developing across the globe, please expect delays of around 10 business days (country dependant) arrival time.

 

My Item(s) are damaged and/or missing

If your item is damaged upon arrival or items are missing please contact us immediately with your order number & pictures of the default item(s).

We will sort out any issues right away. You can contact us here.

My Order Has Not Been Shipped Yet, Why?

We dispatch orders after 1-3 working days, not including the weekends and holidays. We will update your tracking once it has been shipped. Please allow up to 4-5 days during peak periods.

If your order has not been dispatched after 4-5 working days, please contact us immediately as we may need more information from you but weren't able to reach you.

My Package Has Been "Delivered" But I Didn't Receive It

There are a few reasons why this might happen. Please check with your local courier before contacting us. 

If your package cannot be found, please contact us here so we can look into it & start an investigation with our shipping courier.

What's Insured Standard Shipping?

In case your order gets stolen, lost or damaged while shipping, we will reinburse the value of your order.

I'm ordering from outside Canada. Are there customs and duties with my order?

All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to such import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fullfilled by the recipient.

What materials are your jewelry made of?

Our jewelry pieces are either constructed of stainless steel or solid 925 sterling silver and encased in layers of 18/14K real gold plating or rhodium plating.


We use this iconic combination of precious metals to ensure the highest quality and durabilty for all products.

Does your jewelry turn my skin green?

Green skin and other types of breackouts are caused by jewelery which is made from copper or other cheap alloys.

We use high qualtity 316 Stainless Steel or Solid 925 Sterling Silver for all of our jewelery, which wont cause harm to your skin under any conditions.

No Green Fingers - EVER! Thats a promise.

Are your jewelry waterproof?

Accendtly washed your jewelrys? No problem! 
Our pieces are waterproof/tarnish resistant and wont fade if they get in contact with water.


We still recommend you to take off your jewelry pieces before swimming in salt water/pool, while exercising and sleeping to enjoy them for many years.

Note: Gold Plated Sterling Silver Jewelry ( Gold Vermeil) Tarnishes Faster Than Gold Plated Stainless Steel. Please Make Sure To Take Good Care Of Your Gold Vermeil Jewelry For Longevity.

How should I care for my jewelry?

The life expectancy of our jewelery will depend on how a piece is treated. With proper care your pieces will last for many years. To ensure a long lasting life we recommend:

- Regularly use a polishing cloth to prevent tarnishing and to maintain shine.

- Limit exposure to harsh chemicals that may tarnish your jewelery. Lotions, perfume, salt water, etc. In order to do this we recommend removing your jewelery whenever bathing or swimming.

- When not being worn, store it in a protective box. This will prevent exposure to any possible harmful chemicals listed above.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes! We offer 60 days warranty on any rust, tarnish or colour fading. 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return or exchange your item for manufacturer defects, within 30 days after receiving it. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the product.

I've received the wrong item, what do I do?

So sorry you've received the wrong item in your order! Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item you received and we will resolve this for you as quickly as we can.
