Jewelry & Quality

What materials are your jewelry made of?

Every piece is crafted in solid 925 Sterling Silver and hand-set with the highest grade 5A or 8A stones. We don’t use brass or cheap plating; we use materials designed for longevity.

Are all CZ stones the same?

Not at all. Most mass-market CZ is machine-cut and lacks depth. Two Pearls stones are "the best of the best", hand-cut to the exact optical proportions of GIA-certified diamonds.

How does it compare to a Moissanite?

Moissanite is widely considered the king of diamond alternatives due to its incredible hardness and fire. While our 5A/8A stones are currently the best high-value alternative on the market, we have listened to your requests!

Will the stones fall out?

While we use secure, hand-set prongs, we understand that life happens. That is why we offer a 1-Year Warranty on all manufacturing faults, including stone loss. If a stone falls out due to a craft defect, we’ve got you covered.

Will it turn my skin green?

Never. Green skin is caused by cheap base metals like copper or brass. Since we use solid 925 Sterling Silver, our jewelry is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.

Shipping & Valentine's

What is the Valentine's Day cutoff?

To guarantee delivery for February 14th, US and Canadian orders must be placed by February 5th. Please note that we cannot guarantee Valentine's arrival for international orders due to varying customs times.

I'm ordering internationally. Are there customs or duties?

Yes. All international shipments may be subject to random customs inspections and duties. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local government.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We provide updates at every stage. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

My order hasn't shipped yet. Why?

We typically dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. During high-volume seasons like Valentine's, it may take slightly longer as we ensure every piece is perfect before it leaves us.

Sizing & Returns

What if I get the size wrong?

We offer a hassle-free size exchange program. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will help you get the perfect fit.

Should I size up or down?

As a general rule: if you are buying a ring with a thick band, we recommend sizing up. If the ring has a thin, delicate band, we recommend sizing down for a secure fit. See our [Sizing Guide] for more details.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We provide a 1-Year Warranty on all manufacturing faults. This covers structural issues or stone loss from normal wear. (Please note: this does not cover accidental damage or loss of the entire ring.)

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number is generated, we are unable to cancel the shipment.

I didnt like my order, what now?

No problem at all, we offer a 30-Day No-Questions-Asked return policy (Please Note: we cannot except Final Sale returns, or Earring returns due to health protection/hygiene reasons.)
